My 'Soul Place'----SHIMLA

'Shimla' is the most beautiful place in this world for me. I have spent my 12 years schooling in one of the best school in Shimla.  I always wanted to live in Shimla. Till the time I was in Shimla I used to plan about my life in Shimla. There was something which had always fascinated me. I was desperate to study and settle down in this small town. The  twelve years of my studying days in Shimla were the best days of my life. More I use to think about that period of moving out of shimla after studies more I felt nostalgic . More I plan to return more I felt afraid.

 If you ask me what's so special in Shimla???? I shall say......umnnnn..... so many things......

"There was a time. There was a world.  There was my ambition. There existed love.  There was a dream. There was a life."

During my course I divided my life in to different categories. As a student I studied for my course , sat in library , prepared notes. As a learner I read a hundred of books ( Mostly Fiction). As an aspirant i prepared hard for competitions. As a nature lover I romanced like a poet in 'pahodon ki wadiyon mein' :-). As a human being I enjoyed life with my friends and nature. As a revolutionary I followed the fire. 

The best thing about Shimla is that you are never alone. Even if you are physically alone,  solitude accompanies you. Nature invites you to explore it.  Weather allures you to be a part of it and I loved it all. I met some of the most interesting people during my schooling days.  The first one is the principal of my school and I call her 'MOTHER'  with whom I later shared a wonderful chemistry of mother and daughter and of principal and student.  She is and will be most beautiful woman in this world for me. I don't want to say much more about her cause words are too short to describe her nature. she is blissful. Then, there was Late Mrs. Jenny Rodriguez, my warden  who was as hard as iron, Most interesting Very spiritual.  Inspiring me at the same time confusing creature but nice. A bunch of female species but no one was of my kind. 

I miss Everything ! my school days, my friends, my mother, those chirpy bitches who use to creep during the matches, those chai ki kulad, the bun chhole's, the ridge-where we use to play hide and seek and especially Mall road where we use to throw stone at the couples having good time....so selfish! but yet so innocent !

Woke up at 10  wished my bro on his Birthday and cleaned the fridge
No work so tried flirting with some Girl-friends (D:)
Went out with family for a lunch 
Came home and Cleaned my room

"To get into the skin of the character you have to inculcate the character in yourself" is Pradeep's (called as Deep Joshi)Mantra. The hot, handsome, Sexy and Sensational actor has hit the screen with his performance in “Sukhmani” which is released in the month of February. When asked how excited he was on the release he smiled and said “Very much, I have shared the screen with Gurdas Maan, Juhi Chawla and Divya Dutta”. He is all charged up for his new ventures. Arsh: What is Sukhmani all about Deep?

Deep: Sukhmani is all about Maj. Kuldeep Singh, a decorated officer of the Para Battalion who Overcomes personal trauma and social indignity to uphold the morals of the army and the honor of a women rejected by society and family, while keeping alive the memory of his beloved daughter Sukhmani.

Arsh: What is your character in the movie?

Deep: I am playing a negative character of “Bilal”-a terrorist who tries to make Capt. Kuldeep’s 

(Gurdas Maan) and Reshma (Divya dutta)’s life miserable. Must go and watch movie

Arsh: You’ve also done “Chakjawaana” with Big Pictures how was the experience?

Deep: chak jawana is my first movie, but releasing after "sukhmani". In "chak jawana" again I’m Sharing screen wid Gurdas Maan, directed by Simarjeet. i have learnt a lot from Gurdas Maan . This movie,chak Jawana' highlights the problems faced by the youth of a village in Punjab. These young men become directionless after falling prey to the evil of drugs.

Arsh: The day you came to Mumbai with big dreams to be seen on silver screen, Do you think “Sukhmani” and “chakjawaana” will make your way out to Silver screen?

Deep: “EVERY MORNING BRINGS NEW DREAMS, IT WILL BE LIFE TIME BEFORE I 

FULFILL THEM”. And I believe to get into the skin of the character you have to inculcate the character in yourself which could be seen in my forth coming movie so I am sure after this I would be able to make my way out to the silver screen.

Arsh: Any specific or challenging character you wish to play?

Deep: I would love to play the character of “Shaheed Bhagatsingh” . I'm open to every character that could do justice to the script and movie.

Arsh: Your turn-ons ?

Deep: Humanity

Deep: Dishonesty

Arsh: Why did you choose acting as your career?

Deep: I am born for acting and all I could do is act....(Smiled)

My life is a 'journey' and not the 'destination'

I am blogging after a long-long time. Iam blogging coz I love to write....My friends says I am not good in expressing my views directly but once handed o'er a pen and a book I write my heart out. May be coz i find book a best friend to rely on, to share my views, my thoughts, my happy moments, my sad moments. Now even i would love to grow up with technologies, so instead of pen and paper I tried E-blogs.... :)

ummmnnn.....yes, Life....Lets start with a feeling of existence in this world....I love the saying, " Life is a journey and not a destination" and so true.....

I had to go through so many obstacles in my life, it doesn't matter how difficult or easy it was, it is or it will be.....but i realized it never stopped...neither did I....I achieved so less and lost so much that if i start counting on my loss God would be ashamed of making me an owner of such LUCK....Well i dont curse him for LUCK coz i have learnt to deal with it... Nobody know what life is going to show us next....However, I have made myself very strong to fight against any tangible or intangible losses.... If life was a destination, I would never be able to move on and wouldn't get anywhere in life.....

Everyone might have dreamt of something and me too...I wish I dream comes true very soon.....coz that's were my journey begin and thats were my destination lies....
